Communicate International is a service bureau and boutique editing suite aimed at assisting those in need of additional help in their video production endeavors as well as heading up the production as a whole. Communicate International is the service name chosen by Aron Noll of Portland, Oregon.
Q: Why is Communicate International different than other video production organizations?
A: We don't try to bite off more than we can chew solely to expand our bottom line. While we have worked on some exciting and impressive productions, we haven't forgotten where we started and who helped us get there.
Q: Why is that so important?
A: Because there are many non-profits, students, international humanitarian aid organizations and independent filmmakers that need assistance with their productions in one way or another.
Q: Does this mean that you don't work on features or with well known organizations?
A: Absolutely not, it simply means that we don't turn away work from those that may not know the business as well. We want to be an ambassador of hope for those who hope to create a quality product, but don't know where to start!
Q: What if I can't afford it?
A: Simply ask! We are able to work with various budgets! If you are in film school and need equipment, we can still fit you into our schedule. If it looks like we have what you are looking for then contact us and we can get to work for you right away.
Q: What if I don't want to come to Portland, Oregon to do my production?
A: Easy enough, let us come to you! With a Masters of Arts Degree in Intercultural Studies, we are able to work in diverse environments and cultures such as Sudan, Thailand, Ukraine, Germany, Mexico, Bahamas, Benin, Italy, France and Spain to name a few travels! Also with internet and overnight mail we can work with you with what you have or send you what we produce for you.

Q:So are you a consultant, a script writer, director, cameraman, dp, or what?
A: While there are certain areas that we can assist you in and have focused on more than others (dp (video)/production) we are able to produce an entire project from conception to packaging to minimize and centralize the project to ease your workload. Depending on your budget and needs we can also work as a sole department or crew person on an individual shoot or project so as to fit in with an entire team to help the whole project attain a certain level of diversity.
Q: So do you produce...Shorts, Features, Promos, Documentaries, Commercials, Student Films, Music Videos or what?
A: Yes! All of these and more. If you need special attention for your project and not just an assembly line type of production company then we are here for you to make whatever kind of production happen.
